Having a Holiday Party?

Having a Holiday Party can be a stressful event, but with a little planning and the right equipment you can be sure that you will leave your guests with nothing but the best holiday memories. 

Do you have enough help?

Get a final accurate head count of how many guests will be attending.  No less than one helper for every 15-20 guests is a good starting point. 

Bar Stocked?

Make sure you have what you need to show the guests a good time. Do you have enough beverages? What about mixed drinks? Consider having a blender available to make blended cocktails.  If you don’t want to worry about blending drinks, consider having a frozen beverage dispenser to do all of the work for you.  Make sure you have some beverage mix to make that special beverage.  View some of the drink mixes we have available. 

Will you be needing ice?

Don’t forget that you may need to provide ice to your guests.  You can either buy bags of ice or better yet, go ahead and purchase a commercial ice machine that will provide ice for all your parties and more.

Mini Marg Not Freezing?

Mini Marg not spinning

Problem: My Mini Marg machine is running but the auger is not spinning any more. 

Possible solutions:

1. It is possible that mix spilled into the auger motor and has caused the auger to freeze up and not spin anymore.  You can try breaking the auger loose by using a pair of pliers to manually spin the auger.  Just wrap a small hand towel around the auger column and squeeze with the pliers.  Once you feel you have a good grip, you can manually spin the auger to break it free.  Once you manually spin the auger, you may turn the Mini Marg on to test and see if it now works. 
2. If your Mini Marg auger is still not spinning, it is also possible that mix spilled into the electronic switch that controls the auger motor.  This would in turn cause the Mini Marg auger motor to seize.  If this has happened to your Mini Marg, you should contact the company you purchased your Mini Marg from to have them send a replacement auger motor to you. 

Remember, that there is a two year parts warranty on the Mini Marg.  The Mini Marg warranty covers replacement parts only and does not cover freight and/or labor to repair the unit.
